Job Title: level 3 Security Officer, preferably with law enforcement/corrections, or military training.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the properties to detect and deter any theft and or vandalizations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, and incidents, including medical emergencies, fires.
- conduct reports and, investigative work.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed threw CERT .
Skills:
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
- Proficient in using CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, must be able to work well with law enforcement.
