Water Treatment Plant Operator

Black Fox Mining LLC is a mine engineering company located in Nederland, Colorado. We are currently seeking two candidates to operate a small scale industrial WTP in Central City, Colorado, treating acid mine drainage under State compliance regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience with:

-Project logic controllers (PLCs)

-PVC plumbing (schedule 40 & 80)

-Pump maintenance (air diaphragm pumps)

-Operation of heavy equipment (skid steer, forklift)

Other qualifications:

-Ability to lift 50 lbs.

-Work rotating 10-hour shifts

-------5am-3pm & 2pm-12AM

-------7 days on/7 days off

-------Day and night rotation changes monthly

-Work around lime slurry, polymer, and sulfuric acid.

-Pass company paid annual physical, including drug screen, to ensure fitness for duty.

-Ability to work in an environment where safety is a priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
