Youth Coordinator

Duties:

- Develop and implement programs and activities for youth in the community

- Coordinate and supervise youth events, workshops, and recreational activities

- Provide guidance and support to youth participants

- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance youth services

- Conduct outreach to engage and recruit youth participants

- Maintain accurate records of program attendance and participation

- Assist with fundraising efforts to support youth programs

- Manage administrative tasks related to program coordination

Requirements:

- Experience in project management and program coordination

- Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire youth

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Google extensions and social media management platforms

- Ability to manage volunteers effectively
