Family Lifestyle Photographer

We are a well established photography company operating in SW Florida with hundreds of five star Google reviews. We primarily photograph families on our beautiful beaches and are expanding to the Gulf Shores area. We are hiring lead photographers who have experience in this field as we expand our service area. We are looking for passionate photographers who like to meet new people and want to make a living doing what they love!

We specialize in "unposed" photography. Natural moments that are created with direction and prompting.

We are looking to hire 2 photographers. Candidates should be willing to service all areas of Gulf Shores.

Benefits and Pay:

• Starting pay of $160/hr ($110/ 30 min sessions)
• Multiple shoots per day/evening are available
• 3-6 hours of work PER WEEK and more if desired
• 3-6 shoots per week on average but can provide more
• $300 to $600 per week (mostly sunset “golden hour” times)
• No editing required, ONLY photographing, culling & backing up your session
• Memory cards and external hard drives will be provided
• Major Holidays off and super flexible scheduling
• Shoots are booked for you by us
• Just show up & shoot

Responsibilities and Duties:

• You will be given access to a google calendar where you will mark your unavailability.
• Shoots will be added to the calendar with all necessary information regarding the client contact info and the shoot.
• You will photograph the clients at the location given on the calendar.
• You must be able to take the initiative to reschedule according to the calendar if the session is compromised by rain etc.
• You will be responsible for culling and backing up the session on a provided hard drive as well as uploading the RAW files to an online filesharing folder.

Requirements and Qualifications:

You must:

• have experience as a photographer (with families kids) and be able to provide a link to an online portfolio to at LEAST one full session
• have, or intend to have, an LLC as you will be set up as a sub-contractor & sent a 1099
• know how to and be comfortable using camera in manual mode and shooting RAW
• be personable and able to make clients feel comfortable
• be able to pose clients and give good, correctional directions when needed
• be familiar with uploading and backing up files online
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients when rescheduling is necessary due to weather etc.
• Reliable transportation
• Be confident to shoot in all lighting scenarios (overcast, bright sun etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $110.00 - $160.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
