Black Rock Coffee House in Fairfield, CT is looking for experienced baristas to join our team. We are a new business opening September. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable and has lots of experience as a barista, with coffee drinks, and in the hospitality industry.
- Prepare hot, cold drinks, desserts, in accordance with customer needs
- Serve customers
- Take orders
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- 3 years Proven working experience as a barista
- Able to make speciality espresso drinks using tradition machine
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
