JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Project Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing cleaning of designated area(s) within a specific building(s) in a safe and efficient manner. Specific tasks may not be consistent from day-to-day, therefore, candidate must be flexible and willing to perform the assigned duties as outlined below:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Perform carpet cleaning using various methods and equipment.
• Conduct floor maintenance tasks, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
• Carry out routine janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, and janitorial work.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $43,647.64 - $52,564.90 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Experience:

• Janitorial Skills: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's Lincense (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• New London County, CT: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
