Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: Day Shift (with a lunch)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Learns functions of key positions in the Company.
- Operational focus on guidance and dispatching for team members.
- Safety Procedure & Training—must know DOT compliance and CSA understanding.
- Customer communication regarding dispatch information, set appointments, etc.
- Driver on-boarding and integration with the account.
- Safety procedure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Firm knowledge operating in ERP systems such as TMW, Various Dispatch Systems, AS400, Customer ERP Systems, Citrix, PC Miler/Routing, and Maintenance Reporting System.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good problem resolution skills.
- Possess strong data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure is very important.
- Needs to be able to uphold high levels of confidentiality when working with other employees, customer(s), or vendor(s).
- Excellent organization skills.
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience desired.
- Management experience desired.
- Experience in a transportation environment is desired.
- Background in Safety and OSHA compliance is desired.
Physical Demand:
- Ability to type at 45 wpm.
- Needs to be able to see a computer screen from a reasonable distance.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for a full 8-hour day.
- Some travel may be required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
