Responsibilities:

As the Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the plant and leading a dedicated team responsible for producing our top-notch asphalt products. Your key duties will include:

• Providing effective leadership to all plant personnel, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.

• Overseeing day-to-day operational functions of the asphalt emulsion plant, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within specifications.

• Ensuring compliance with all corporate and safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe work environment for all.

• Seeking opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, thereby boosting the overall performance of the plant.

• Reporting essential aspects of plant operations to higher management, including production, safety, and quality.

Required Skills and Education:

· High School diploma or GED equivalent.

· 3 years in a management and/or leadership position.

· 5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or production.

· Exceptional proficiency with MS Office, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of its tools and applications.

· A proven track record and extensive experience in Root Cause Analysis, showcasing your ability to identify and address the underlying causes of issues effectively.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail.

· In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Essential Work Requirements:

As a dedicated Plant Manager, you will be expected to:

• Stand for extended periods.

• Lift, push, and pull over 50 pounds.

• Perform repetitive body movements.

• Withstand extreme weather conditions with appropriate protective gear.

• Climb ladders, tankers, and vertical tanks without fear of height (15 feet or higher).

• Be flexible with working hours to ensure optimal plant performance.
