Position Summary: This position is responsible for the leadership, training, and motivation for residential and commercial construction crews. This is a hands-on multi-tasking position.

Essential Functions
- Oversee, review, and monitor work schedules and assignments to assure efficiency and productivity
- Responsible for in-house construction team, including but not limited to interviewing and onboarding
- Establish and ensure compliance of standard procedures to ensure quality of work
- Monitor and coordinate subcontractor and vendor usage by the operations department
- Partner with the Construction Manager to ensure positive P&L results
- Manage and review projects to assure profitability and timely completion
- Assure customer satisfaction and resolve any conflicts
- Must be a high energy individual with the ability to energize a team
- Must have previous construction crew leadership experience
- Must be able to create and execute short and long term plans
- Compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.
