Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using office software, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and run company errands
