BS Degree in a Food, Animal, or Life Sciences program or relevant experience.
At least 3-5 years of food industry experience in the areas of Quality Assurance, and/or Technical Services.
Experience In a USDA Facility Is Preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Must have knowledge and functional training or experience with general manufacturing processes, SOP's, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP, BRC), Quality Control functions, basic HACCP/food safety requirements,
Plant Sanitation processes, and Laboratory equipment and techniques
Strong communication, analytical, and statistical abilities
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
