What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Director position at Blackrock Resources?
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years IT experience with emphasis on cyber security, network architecture, servers, and ERP systems, including supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a multi-site environment (domestic and international)
- Strong communications skills
Must have the following technical skills:
- IFS ERP software or equivalent ERP experience. Knowledge of databases and database structures required. Oracle and SQL technical skills preferred
- Windows Server Architecture
- Advanced knowledge of Network set-up, protocols, and routing
- Knowledge of Virtualization and Clustering
- Exchange 2016 and above
- Workstation Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Solidworks / CAD package, UPS World Ship, MDM’s
- Hardware: workstation knowledge, hand-held devices, networked and non-networked printers,
- Antivirus products; installation and monitoring experience
- Avaya phone system or equivalent including IP phones; or integrated phone system experience
There is minimal travel with this position.
