Job Description:
- Managing scheduling, dispatching, and service requests, and assigning technicians to jobs
Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to coordinate projects
- Customer Service skills required
- Maintain subcontractor relationships, schedule subcontractors assist in technical issues and collect all pertinent documentation to complete the jobs for billing. Proficiently manages user access, entry and navigation within an online portal and computer programs such as Excel and Word.
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Teamwork a must
- Ability to work in a high volume high paced environment
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Problem Solver
- Typing skills - 40 wpm
- Job will have a 90-day probationary period, with the potential for full-time employment including benefits.
