Job Title: Project Manager

Job Type: Sales / Customer Service (full time)

Main Duties / Responsibilities: As a Project Manager at Blackstone Builders, you'll play a pivotal role in storm damage restoration and customer service. Additionally, you'll be expected to attend weekly file reviews and sales meetings, along with insurance adjuster meetings and client appointments.

Your role will involve hands-on engagement and coordination:

-Conduct door-to-door lead generation, focusing on building strong connections and generating high-quality leads.

-Achieve and exceed sales quotas while effectively managing door-knocking targets.

-Oversee and nurture your client portfolio throughout the sales, build, and collection process.

-Maintain clear communication and coordination with your clients and Sales Manager.

-Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project progression.

-Utilize our company software and CRM tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

-Ensure proper use and care of company equipment and resources.

-Skillfully manage file closure and timely collection of final payments.

Tasks Performed: Your day-to-day tasks will drive client satisfaction and successful project outcomes:

-Strategically canvass storm-affected areas and locations near completed installations to foster new business opportunities.

-Participate in targeted sales blitzes to meet and exceed sales goals.

-Conduct thorough property inspections and document all damage.

-Complete necessary paperwork, including Installation Agreements aligned with insurance work scopes.

-Oversee installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, with a focus on documentation.

-Conduct final walk-throughs and post-build inspections with clients.

-Facilitate final payment collection, obtain client referrals, and capture customer testimonials.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

-Reliable transportation to reach all sales territories. (REQUIRED)

-Prior sales experience (preferred, but not required).
