- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with office management duties including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Prepare Bill of Lading, communicate with drivers, and send Purchase Orders
- Assist with planning and coordination of all transportation and deliveries
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role required
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Invoicing, Payables and Receivables
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
