  • Administrative Assistant experience required
  • Some real estate experience desired (property management, title company etc.)
  • Computer skills – Use of multiple systems. Excel, Google docs, Google sheets & internet applications. Database & information management.
  • Detail oriented, self-managed & learning based
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to operate at a high level, fast paced & deadline driven environment
  • Results oriented
  • Superior organizational skills – ability to handle & track multiple tasks
  • Calm under pressure – ability to make educated decisions quickly
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction from Team Leaders & Operations Manager
  • Real Estate experience required
  • Full time, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Possible nights & weekends based on business needs. Work cannot be left

Responsibilities
- Utilize computer skills to assist with property management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Utilize basic math skills for various administrative duties.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for data entry and document management.
- Apply organizational skills to maintain efficient office operations.
- Hold a Real Estate License to support real estate-related tasks.

Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in computer literacy, customer service, and organizational abilities to provide efficient administrative support. Your premium skills in front desk management and bilingual proficiency will enhance your role in handling multi-line phone systems and office tasks effectively. With relevant skills in Microsoft Office, time management, and bookkeeping, you will contribute to maintaining smooth operations and supporting our real estate activities. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
