This Warehouse Lead role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for managing a team, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate a team, enforcing FIFO and 5S practices.
- Assign and track tasks, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular reviews, providing feedback and development opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Oversee bin transfers and Item Fulfillments in NetSuite.
- Print and manage sales orders, packing slips, and transfer orders.
- Maintain an updated shipping calendar and coordinate logistics.
- Ensure timely and accurate order completion.
- Inventory Management:
- Contribute to weekly warehouse planning and communicate to the team.
- Supervise inventory levels and participate in regular counts.
- Manage tap handles, inserts, and other key items.
- Communicate inventory needs to office staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience.
- Familiarity with FIFO, 5S, and inventory management practices.
- Proficient in NetSuite for order fulfillment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Collaborative and results-oriented team player.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to efficiency.
