Salaried and Exempt
Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting required
2-3 years of accounting experience required
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout organization (writing, verbally and listening)
Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and effectively escalate critical issues
Proven ability to self-direct and work independently
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Experience working with accounting software required
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Computer literate; proficient with productivity software including MS Office, Dropbox, and Google Docs
Yardi Voyager (accounting and property management software) and project management skills a plus but not required
