Seeking A Sales Manager For 2 Fast Growing Small Businesses

BlastCraft and Inside Out Creative are both fast-growing local small business organizations that have a desire to work with quality, kind and hard-working individuals.

BlastCraft is a mobile surface preparation and restoration company in the Denver area, specializing in eco-friendly, abrasive blasting. Inside Out Creative is opening a print division which will be providing large format printing solutions for people looking for custom wallpaper, vehicle wraps, signage etc. Your job will be to keep the jobs rolling in for both businesses.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our companies competitive and busy with new customers. We will provide the leads and you will be responsible for maximizing our ability to run our construction equipment at job sites throughout Denver and the surrounding areas and our in-house print equipment for various creative projects for Inside Out Creative.

Your job will be to talk to these interested customers about their projects, run out to job sites to see if the project is something we want to take on and then provide quotes and solutions for those customers. Once a company has committed to work with us, you will be responsible for communicating directly with our project managers to make sure that each job has the right amount of people and resources needed and a scheduled start date.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a construction background to join our BlastCraft and Inside Out Creative teams (EcoBlastCraft.com & InsideOutCreative.io).

Job Responsibilities

• Driving one of the company trucks to and from various potential job sites in the Denver area
• Communicate with the large amount of interested customers that are contacting us weekly
• Manage and follow up with quality leads
• Build trust with new customers and provide solutions for their problems
• Identify profitable job opportunities
• Schedule new jobs
• Handle all paperwork needed to start jobs

• Keep the schedule booked out and busy with work

Job Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Background in construction
• Familiarity with sandblasting equipment and how it works to restore surfaces
• Personable and solutions-oriented
• Problem-solver
• Reliability, trustworthiness, hard-working

• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test (THC excluded)

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
