What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Systems Analyst - Wind position at Blattner Company?
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- As an established professional individual contributor, performs root cause analysis on identified problem areas and facilitates discussions with market segments and departments regarding the development, implementation, and execution of quality programs.
- Identifies, inspects, tracks and reports on efficiency of processes by aligning the development, refinement, implementation, training, and auditing of corporate quality systems.
- Performs quality business analysis by gathering data from sources and partners with quality data analysts to adhere to standard work practices.
- Reports data analysis findings to leadership and quality data analysts to inform business decisions and prioritize construction quality system program needs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Quality, Industrial), Business Management, or related degree; or equivalent combinations of education and experience required.
- Three or more years of progressive system/business analyst experience required, preferably in a construction management, industrial engineering, quality position, or similar industry.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Quality auditing and technical writing experience.
- Renewable industry experience.
