- The hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant
- Administrative responsibilities
- Performance reviews
- Product quality
- Maintenance
- Working a 30-40 hour work week
- Serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Filling orders
- Operating a cash register
- Using the correct tools & procedures to prepare, build and present perfect food
- Serving food that meets our quality standards
- Maintain a clean, neat and well-stocked area so you
- Valid Food Handlers Card or manager servsafe
- Good communication & writing skills
- Good cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Able to lift 35-50 pounds
- Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Qualifications*
- A high school diploma
- A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong skills in the areas of:
- Communication
- Leadership
- Conflict resolution
- Scheduling
