What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member ($14/hr) position at Blaze Pizza?
Note: Crew member positions can expect approximately $2-4/hr in tips in addition to their hourly pay rate. Additionally, we're looking for evening and night shift employees.
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Filling orders
- Operating a cash register
- Using the correct tools & procedures to prepare, build and present perfect food
- Serving food that meets our quality standards
- Maintain a clean, neat and well-stocked area so you are ready to serve guests
Qualifications:
- Good personal grooming
- Good communication & writing skills
- Good cash handling skills
- Able to lift 35-50 pounds
- Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
