SIGNING BONUS

The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute, the only Federally Recognized Center of Excellence south of Chicago, is hiring a part-time Pharmacist. Our ideal candidate will work 2 days a week as well as provide coverage for the Pharmacy Manager when he/she is not available due to illness or vacation. The position also includes coverage for the on-call schedule one week per month.  Duties include but are not limited to: interpreting physician prescriptions and medication orders and filling and processing of wholesale orders.

401(k) Plan:

The part-time pharmacist will qualify for our 401(k) plan once required work hours are met. BCDI matches 100% on the first 5% of salary invested in the plan.

Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent from accredited university or equivalent experience
• Two or more years administrative pharmacy experience helpful
• Non-sterile and sterile compounding experience a plus
• Specialty pharmacy experience a plus
