What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at BLEND COFFEE BAR?
Blend Coffee Bar in Ashburn (Broadlands), VA is looking for Baristas and Barista Assistants to join our team. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. If no barista experience, we will train with possibility for Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) certification.
Blend has been named as Ashburn's Best Coffee Shop 3 years in a row, and we pride ourselves as a favorite neighborhood gathering spot. We have many events throughout the year that foster strong community ties. Not only do we serve excellent espresso drinks, but light-fare food menu, beer, wine and coffee liqueur drinks.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $15.00/hour.
