Job Description
Blend360 is seeking an energetic and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting account management activities inclusive of managing small relationships and providing support of senior client leaders overseeing larger client relationships. The role includes meeting scheduling and related communications, managing project deadlines, and driving projects and tasks to completion in a matrixed environment. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining project and account documentation and ensuring good knowledge management practices, often with the support of an account coordinator. The account manager will also play a role in maintaining operational information in management systems. Candidates should show strong curiosity and a passion for or interest in data science and enabling techniques, tools, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage small relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide support to senior client leaders overseeing larger client relationships, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and proactively recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, strategy, and analytics, to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations, identifying opportunities for account growth and upsell.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, responsively, and concisely via email, chat, and phone.
- The ability to develop client materials such as, project status, deliverable outputs, and proposals; this often includes making complex ideas and activities simple for a business audience.
- Candidates should also be proficient in problem solving and collaboration on solutions in addition to having an ability to apply analytical and creative thought processes and reasoning to new concepts, ideas, and challenges.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, notably PowerPoint and Excel.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency or marketing environment preferred.

Additional Information
The starting pay range for this role is $90k - $100k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to skill set and experience, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
