Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Business Coordinator. The ideal candidate shows excitement and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be super organized, extremely detail-oriented, and have great time management skills.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support primarily to the CEO but also to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of big leadership meetings, events, and special projects, supporting the COS.
  • Work with the international team to help build travel plans and itineraries
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
