Job Description
The Campus & Early Careers Lead will deliver the strategy focused on building a diverse pipeline of entry level talent across Blend360's capabilities. This person will be responsible for driving vision and accountability for the overall strategic roadmap for campus and early careers recruiting.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with exceptional people management abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and is comfortable interacting with and advising all levels, including senior/executive leadership. Using their strong communication skills, they will effectively collaborate with people across a variety of teams, in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This person will bring expertise to build an inclusive entry level hiring strategy and have a proven track record of growing or scaling hiring programs across various business functions. They will possess strong program management skills and have extensive experience designing, assessing, deploying, and optimizing talent campaigns & initiatives. They will possess a clear understanding of employment law and business hiring practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with key business stakeholders to determine hiring needs and translate that into a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy.
- Partner closely with TA leadership to deliver a “one TA” strategy across the business functions.
- Challenge the business to think differently about entry level hiring and early careers programs.
- Ensure diversity & inclusion initiatives are at the forefront of the Campus & Early Careers recruitment strategies.
- Ensure optimal efficiency and scalability of recruiting operations by leveraging best use of technology, tools, and people resources.
- Build the strategy for campus engagements and partnerships.
- Track and analyze hiring data to identify trends, track progress against goals and inform recruitment strategy.

- Ability to manage and prioritize a complex and diverse workload
- Effective communication, influencing, and persuasiveness skills
- Possess poise, confidence and presence to be able to deal effectively with executives, external customers, vendors, and clients at all levels
- Strong, self-confident, decisive individual with excellent listening skills and emotional maturity
- Ability to manage and resolve complex customer situations while maintaining a team culture that has a high level of responsiveness to its customers
- Flexibility in adapting to and responding quickly to changing priorities and deadlines with a high sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and consistent follow up is essential
- Proficiency in MS office
