Job Description
We are looking for talented Accountants to focus on transfer pricing for all entities. Initially, there will be a lot of work on developing a transfer pricing methodology to support our exponential international growth. If you like to create/build or enhance processes this is for you. Our goal is to implement your transfer pricing methods into our new ERP (NetSuite) in Q3 of this year. You will work with client partners; operations managers; accountants, controller and CFO to determine transfer pricing methods and logic that meet the business unit needs while maintain accurate tax reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s inter-company transfer pricing policies
- Assisting with tax audit and review
- Collect and analyze financial data to help support business units
- Liaise with internal risk team to prepare proper transfer pricing documentation
- Support future M&A integration
- Flexibility in working hours when needed to collaborate with international teams in different time zones.
- Liaise and partner with business teams at all levels of the organization to resolve outstanding issues and drive efficiencies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Adaptability while working in a fast changing and evolving organization
- Highest level of accuracy and integrity
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 4 year experience in tax, finance or related field
- Transfer Pricing experience
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work in ambiguous; high growth company
- 3-5 years accounting experience in small to mid size firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Requirements:
- Transfer pricing experience in a CPA/consulting firm
- CPA
- Consulting firm experience
