Job Description
This role is designed to support the President of the Data Science Solutions (DSX) arm of Blend360 on strategic initiatives for the business. You will communicate directly with the executive leadership team and keep tabs on action items. You are an independent thinker with a bias for action and getting things done.
Other responsbilities include:
- Documents key decisions made and ensure the action items are completed
- Organizes all the critical leadership meetings (e.g. quarterly board meetings, all-hands, leadership offsites, etc.)
- Develops and owns the executive dashboard to track the health of the business
- Plays key liaison between DSX Leadership and our finance, marketing and operations teams
- Project manages the execution of key initiatives on strategy map
Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Should have prevoius professional work experience
- Great program management and organizational skills
- Ability to work across the organization and strong track record of getting things done
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Comfortable talking with executives
- Strong understanding of the DSX business (data, analytics and technology)
- This role is in our Columbia, MD headquarters. Expectations to be onsite ~3 days per week.
