Production Worker

This is a full-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. Seeking individuals looking for a career path in manufacturing and interested in growth with a people-first company.
- Member of a small (8-10) production team responsible for assembling custom window treatments.
- Assemblers will work closely with Production Managers, Supervisors, Manager Trainees, and Leads within their department to ensure daily finished goods are completed and packed within corresponding deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Interest in working in light assembly and packing.
- Associates must be hands-on and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work SAFELY in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to work 10 hours standing, pushing/pulling carts, and lifting products.
