RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
· Manage company fleet for sales and operational personnel in both the U.S. and Canada
· Process all vehicle orders for new employees, and create end of lease policy
· Negotiate with vendors on lease pricing
· Confirm all drivers have appropriate documentation
· Assist in any accident or vehicle damage claims
· Process all gas cards, E-Z Pass/transponder and current registration for vehicles
· Develop and provide comprehensive driving safety program for all drivers
· Track and insure to company standards that all vehicles are properly maintained
· Assist new drivers on when and where they will receive delivery of their vehicle
QUALIFICATION:
· 2 years’ experience in Fleet Management

Additional Information
We will set-up the new hire for success by having him/her work in our showrooms for 3-4 months to understand our business paradigm and develop key relationships within our organization.
