Stock Associate/Customer Service

Stock Associate/Customer Service is an individual that will provide day-to-day support to ensure that our customer’s orders are sorted and ready for pick-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Receive shipment
- Sorting and organizing and staging shipments for installer pickups
- Communicating with the manufacturing plant, retail showrooms, installers, and customers
- Work with the sales team on basic customer service
- Respond to queries over the phone, computer, or in-person
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physically capable of standing majority of your shift
- Package handling experience
- Basic knowledge/exposure to working with computers, RF scanners, and printers
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Friendly and customer service-oriented
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
