Blink Marketing Logistics is looking for a Marketing Intern (Part-Time or Full-Time). The position will be located at the main headquarters in Perrysburg, OH. The Marketing Intern will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cross-functional team leader responsible for the planning and execution of the Cabinetworks Account and its programs. Provide leadership in annual contract procurement and fulfillment activities collaborating with customer service, graphics, IT, leadership, marketing, and production departments.

• Support the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the company.
• Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Create qualified referral reward program.
• Design Pull Up Banners we can leave with qualified customers.
• Design personalized letters or handwritten letters from our executive team to be sent out to current, prospective, and new customers.
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels: Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram.
• Design, Pull Up Banners we can leave with qualified customers, Print Capabilities Kit, Monthly Newsletters, Sales Materials, etc.
• Develop On-Site Visit Experience.
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
• Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree or currently working towards a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Lifting, carrying up to 25 pounds (Occasionally)
