2. Oversee all banquet room food request for the Brazos County campuses. Supervise the food preparations and other preparations related to these services.
3. Prepares banquet room by clothing tables, setting decorations, condiments, candles, floral arrangements, napkins, utensils, etc. to ensure quests’ needs are met for hosted event. Ensure the event’s ambiance has an enthusiastic attitude.
4. Be available to assist the Brenham campus food service department, filling in where needed.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
