We are searching for an Experience Coordinator to add to our team and join us at our new facility in Fort Payne. A Blissfully Serene Experience Coordinator is an essential component of our small business. The Experience Coordinator is versatile, taking on responsibilities with the understanding that crafting a luxurious experience extends beyond the front desk. In this position, you will demonstrate organizational prowess, effective communication, and ability to multitask, among other talents, to guarantee the business operates efficiently with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Experience Coordinator Objective

Experience Coordinators at Blissfully Serene are dedicated to providing a premium guest experience marked by luxury. Their goal is to establish a hospitable atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and pampered throughout their stay. Experience Coordinators are responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, organizing appointments accurately, and harmonizing their actions with the company's overarching objectives to uphold our standard of excellence.

Experience Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Establish a warm ambiance by cordially welcoming guests upon their arrival.
  • Take on the role of the primary point of contact for guests and serve as a link between amenities to ensure they feel valued and well-informed.
  • Offer guests complimentary experiences and additional services.
  • Educate guests about our products and services.
  • Implement cross-promotional strategies to enhance sales.
  • Efficiently manage client appointments using our scheduling system for booking and rebooking clients.
  • Accurately enter client information and confirm future appointments through various communication channels: phone, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Adhere to all cash, credit, and billing procedures to maintain financial accuracy and detailed transaction records.
  • Maintain cleanliness, attractiveness, and organization throughout all business areas for guests and staff.
  • Acknowledge that there may be instances where additional tasks require your attention and know which tasks to prioritize.
  • Proficient in independent computer use.
  • Possess a grasp of social media or demonstrate a willingness to acquire the necessary skills.
  • Understand the organizational structure and know when to seek guidance.
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Sustain effective two-way communication and uphold our code of honor.
  • Perform daily operational duties to ensure the business operates smoothly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
