Job Description
Blo Blow Dry Bar is looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our team. We are a small, local restaurant with a great staff and we are looking to expand our team. The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience, be friendly and personable, and be able to work well with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
- Resume with link to resume. Must be able to pass background check.
- Previous experience as a bartender.
- Flexibility to work various shifts. We have 2 servers that work different shifts.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team player. We have 2 servers that work different shifts. They both love their jobs! They get along with each other and love the challenge of working together! They both love their jobs!
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 40 pounds, bend, reach, twist, kneel, twist at the waist, sit for long periods of time (overtime).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
