          Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 am to 2 pm

Responsibilities

The Hospital Services department is our fulfillment center. Offering training for a detail oriented person that enjoys performing a variety of tasks. Will take orders from our hospital customers, process the order, pack, and label according to written policies. Applicants with good customer service, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and who have an interest in learning are good candidates for this job.

    • Packs blood and blood components in accordance with procedural guidelines and complies with AABB, FDA and state and local regulations.
    • Monitors incoming orders placed by hospitals using web-based inventory ordering software.
    • Interfaces with hospital personnel and provides customer service satisfaction 100% of the time.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with customers by phone
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment requiring attention to detail
  • Working knowledge computer and MS Word
