The Role
- We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for the key pillars in the Bloomerang product portfolio.
- In this role you will be responsible for everything from positioning, messaging and buyer personas to sales enablement, analyst relations and everything in between.
- This role will report to the Vice President of Product Marketing and partner closely with leadership across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to develop a go-to-market strategy that meets our product and overall growth objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Define ideal customer profile and segmentation strategies
- Conduct primary research and create buyer personas
- Document buyer’s journey and create message map
- Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates from alternative solutions
- Mine for testimonials, data, and other proof points that reinforce our position and message.
- Craft a product narrative that articulates the value of our solution and how it fits into our broader portfolio message
- Own product and feature launches and lead cross-functional team to launch readiness
- Work with Sales leadership to develop message training and enablement materials that support the sales motion
- Develop sales enablement materials tailored to the needs of our Channel Partners
- Support pricing and packaging decisions with research and market insights
- Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
- Define thought leadership opportunities and support content creation
- Develop briefing materials and serve as point of contact for analysts and influencers
- Measure product/feature adoption and usage and refine go-to-market strategies as needed
What Does It Take
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience along with a strong track record in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of and experience in the non-profit space is a plus
- Proactive individual able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and manage cross-functionally
- Strong presentation skills and ability to concisely and clearly communicate ideas
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to understand industry concepts and product information and transform into compelling messages and marketing strategies that drive results.

Location
This is a full-time, permanent position, either fully remote or based in our Indianapolis HQ. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
