Blossom ABA Therapy is now hiring a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you are a compassionate and committed BCBA come join our team! We have a phenomenal management team that cares about YOU!
The BCBA will be responsible to work with clients, families, caregivers, direct support staff, and the community for providing and supervising ABA therapy in home-based and community-based settings. The BCBA will create and implement treatment plans, conduct regular parent training, and collaborate with team members to ensure the quality of treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field
- BCBA in good standing with the BACB for a minimum of 1 year
- Experience providing services as a Behavior Analyst for a minimum of 1 year
