Responsibilities:
- Be the wizard behind the curtain, ensuring the clinic runs like clockwork from open to close.
- Juggle various tasks with ease, from administrative support to budget management and inventory control.
- Handle various office tasks such as drafting communications and managing financial files.
- Become the go-to guru for all things clinic-related, from compliance to client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal practices and minimize employee turnover.
- Facilitate onboarding, off boarding, and training processes.
- Collaborate with management to achieve operational and revenue goals.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and oversee medication administration.
- Develop and implement organizational strategies and policies.
Requirements:
- A knack for organization and communication that rivals a master juggler.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office software and basic financial management.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Relevant certifications and licenses as required. Previous experience in clinic operations or a similar role is a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting involving customer service
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred but not required:
- Experience in working in a therapy or medical setting
- Experience working in an outpatient setting specializing in developmental delays.
