Prominent local New Bern company is seeking an experienced office assistant!
We are currently seeking a general office duty person for our contract fuel department. Candidate would perform general office duties including but not limited to; filing, emailing form letters and customized billing, running transactions on a POS system. Responsibilities will change as the needs of the department change.
Ideal candidate would be comfortable using a computer, experience with Microsoft Office. A general ease with written communication and light math will be needed.
Requirements -
HSD or GED
Prefer a 2 year degree
At least 2 years of demonstrated professional office experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Basic office math skills
Hours: Monday- Friday 8AM- 5PM
Pay: $15-17 DOE
Length: Temp- to Hire (meaning the company wants permanent placement)
