Clinical Director, BCBA

We are hiring a Clinical Director - BCBA !

We are seeking an individual with a passion for helping children reach the services that will assist them in realizing their fullest potential! The mission of Blue Balloon ABA is to create a positive difference and significantly improve the quality of life of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and others, by providing effective Company and/or in-home ABA therapy, based on the child’s individual needs. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical growth and clinical operations of Blue Balloon ABA in their assigned territory.  

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: 

• Responsible for all clinical operational aspects in assigned territory
• Develop clinical Policies and Procedures in compliance with the regulations in assigned state(s)
• Leverage centralized operational infrastructure to satisfy state and provider requirements  
• Work with team in configuring EHR
• Perform outreach to develop and maintain relationships with pediatrician’s offices, families, clinics, diagnosticians, and other potential referral sources in order to increase referrals 
• Work in collaboration with team members to become in-network providers, as appropriate with funding sources and be the named provider in the application submitted by Blue Balloon ABA
• Ensure cases are properly staffed and assists in recruiting as necessary. 
• Provide orientation/training and supervision to BTs/RBTs; facilitate group supervision to clinical team and professional development opportunities for clinical team.
• While Blue Balloon continues to expand and reach the desired growth goals, you will also be responsible for completing direct services activities and maintaining billable hours 

Requirements

• Master’s Degree Required
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• A minimum of 4 years of experience after BCBA certification and at least 6 years of ABA industry experience
• Apassionfor working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
