About the Job Our commissary teams are dedicated to making delicious, sustainable and creative food for guests with the highest-quality, regionally sourced ingredients available. Currently, we’re on the search for an enthusiastic and excellent baker-cook to support our commissary work. This position requires early hours and weekend availability and is based out of our Bushwick facility. For early mornings, this position requires weekend availability and availability in the early hours (start times can be as early as 12am and as late as 3:30am). The position is based out of our beautiful Bushwick production facility.  At Blue Bottle, you’ll be critical to guests enjoying delicious coffee.
