Blue Hammer Construction is a general contracting company based in Lexington, KY serving Lexington and the surrounding counties. It primarily focuses on residential renovation and new construction. Blue Hammer is a growing company and prides itself in its service to its customers and is excited to continue to build the team.

Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Implements strategic plans for the scheduling of craftsmen, subcontractors and material suppliers for the progression and completion of various projects.
• Communicates consistently with other team members, trade partners, and customers to maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Resolves problems and finds solutions regularly in order to set others for success. (e.g. Planning ahead to anticipate material needs for subcontractors and craftsmen in order to increase efficiency in production. Including delivering materials within reason)
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Valid Kentucky Drivers License
• High school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Five years experience in construction, project management experience preferred
• Proficient in digital communication

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
