Based on our continuing growth, and the increasing value our team is producing in partnership with our customers, we are growing our data engineering team and are looking for someone to lead this effort with us.  

Principal, Process Excellence

The Principal, Process Excellence role will be responsible for leading the journey of process excellence and strategic business improvement projects.  This role will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize process improvement projects.  The Principal, Process Excellence will lead improvement initiatives by enlisting and influencing cross function teams to deliver improved processes.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams across the organization to understand their needs around process.
  • Drive process improvements focused on process optimization, cost reduction, customer experience and operational excellence.
  • Lead improvement initiatives by enlisting and influencing cross-functional teams that deliver tangible results through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodology
  • Work with leaders to implement a monitoring plan for processes that have been implemented within their areas.
  • Develop and capture KPIs and create and manage process of building and reporting scorecards and dashboards.
  • Energize teams and stakeholders, collect data, conduct analysis, identify opportunities that positively impact quality, cost, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction and present action plans to management.
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear and consistent actions as well as an easy-to-understand story line
  • Collaborate and engage cross functional members at all levels of the organization and execute initiatives that will drive quantifiable savings.
  • Drive toward a continuous improvement culture to support one BHI
  • Assist with the execution of one BHI to create consistency across product efforts
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with accountability toward process, policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Drive operational execution within the product and development teams to meet key business outcomes across those areas
  • Enhance policies and procedures for accurate and efficient documentation of specifications and Intellectual Property
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with senior leaders and stakeholders, communicate support needs and engage these groups in support of project execution

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 10 years experience in process analysis, project management or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated success in organizational transformation
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Experience with change management
  • Able to navigate through multiple internal platforms and technologies.
  • Is familiar with SOC2 compliance and its impact on company policies and processe
  • Understands importance of adhering to SOC2 requirements, and maintains an effort to do so
