This is why client experience if vital to everything we do. Our Client Services Representatives act as a liaison in providing services during the warranty period of our new homes.
- Work closely with subcontractors and homeowners to resolve client issues during the warranty period of new homes.
- Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine if they are warrantable items.
- Schedule and manage subcontractors to make designated warranty repairs.
- Certify that warranty work is completed within contractor obligations.
- Process back charge documentation and invoices.
- Conduct home turnover warranty orientations.
Requirements
- Basic construction knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Reliable transportation to travel regularly to multiple communities
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and be productive without immediate supervision
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Presents self in professional manner in-person and through written and verbal communication
- Basic computer knowledge
