Duties
- Provide designated patient care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Monitor and records intake and output for patients on designated nursing worksheets
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting
- Report any noticeable changes in patient’s condition to the Registered Nurse in a timely manner
- Help and oversee patients take their prescribed medication
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the residents
- Communicate any important information regarding the patients to their respective families
- Maintain patient confidential information and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- 18 years old and above
- Basic Life Support ( BLS) Certification through American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED
- Eager to learn
- Organized and efficient
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- Ability to pass drug tests
- Current proof of a TB test within the last 12 months
