We are hiring a customer servicerepresentative to manage customer queries and complaints. You willalso be asked to process orders modifications and escalatecomplaints across a number of communication channels.

To do well inthis role you need to be able to remain calm when customers arefrustrated and have experience working withcomputers.

Customer ServiceRepresentativeResponsibilities :

  • Maintaininga positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers atall times.
  • Responding promptly tocustomer inquiries.
  • Communicatingwith customers through variouschannels.
  • Acknowledging andresolving customercomplaints.
  • Knowing our productsinside and out so that you can answerquestions.
  • Processing orders formsapplications and requests.
  • Keepingrecords of customer interactions transactions comments andcomplaints.
  • Providing feedback on theefficiency of the customer serviceprocess.
  • Managing a team of juniorcustomer servicerepresentatives.
  • Ensure customersatisfaction and provide professional customersupport.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma general education degree orequivalent.
  • Ability to stay calmwhen customers are stressed orupset.
  • Comfortable usingcomputers.
  • Experience working withcustomersupport.
