Blue Mountain Therapy has an immediate need for a full charge bookkeeper in Abingdon, VA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Must be proficient in Quickbooks Online and familiar with CLASS allocations within Quickbooks. Other duties include posting monthly journal entries, maintenance of depreciation schedule, reconciliation of general ledger, preparing financial reports and banking. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, very detail orientated, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player. Salary will be commensurate to experience.
Qualifications:
- High degree of computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Experience in QuickBooks required
- Strong communication skills required
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently in a demanding office setting
- Must pass a criminal background check
