This position is to help transform Blue Origin's ET (Enterprise Technology) team into a world class, business value focused, optimized Agile / Lean organization. BO is seeking an exceptional and passionate Senior Program Manager who has deep knowledge of Agile, Change Management, and both enterprise and start up business experience. In depth knowledge of the SDLC, SaFE (Scaled Agile Framework), small and large custom software development experience is a plus. Some travel will be required for this position. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Responsibilities: Provide Agile coaching to Enterprise Technology (ET) teams on all aspects of the Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks Work with multiple business and technology teams across ET to deliver customer value through the implementation of Agile values, principles, and practices Provide actionable feedback to teams for improving and developing their skills in Agile practices and team dynamics Coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile teams and leadership to enhance release planning, Agile ceremonies, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices Facilitate various workshops and Agile team events including story writing, backlog management, user story and feature mapping Transferring knowledge and helping teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing the outcome, collaboration, and quality practices Onboard new teams into the transformation process, provide overview presentation and evangelize Agile practices Introduce Agile ways of working and implement agility in the project delivery processes using Scrum and/or Kanban Demonstrates and shares experiences and observations with all team members to ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement Enjoy working in a fast paced, goals-oriented environment Have a deep love and passion for commercial space exploration Lead workshops and training sessions Strong facilitation, collaboration, coaching and mentoring skills Highly developed communication skills to collaborate, build relationships, influence, negotiate and persuade others at all levels both inside and outside of ET Proficient in using Jira for backlog management, progress tracking and reporting Must have a passion for helping others and making a difference Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline 5 years of experience in an Agile Coach role using Scrum and Kanban 5 years of experience helping deliver IT programs and projects Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
